Kat Higgins recently bought this black floor-length Nicole Miller dress for the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards from Arafina, and won the award as an Executive Producer of Food Network's "Guy's Family Reunion"!!! 

Kat told us, "I'm thrilled!   The dress worked out beautifully, many many thanks for saving me from my dress drought just a day before the ceremony!  You'll certainly be seeing me again (hey, maybe for next year's Emmys??)"
